Food should nourish us. It should not hurt us. It should give us everything we need to make our bodies work optimally. Using food as medicine is one of the least invasive yet most effective ways to find wellness. This may mean removing foods causing dis-ease or adding in foods to give our body the tools to be stronger.

Nutritional Supplements

Let’s face it, while it would be great to get ALL of our nutrients from food, sometimes we need a little extra help. Nutritional supplements allow us to correct deficiencies and optimize various pathways in the body.

Herbal Medicine

Mother nature has supplied us with a vast herbal apothecary to address various ailments. Herbs can be used in the form of teas, tinctures, capsules, essential oils, food, and topical salves. I love making individualized compounded remedies for folks.

Lifestyle

The mind- body connection is incredibly powerful. An important part of health and wellness is finding balance in all areas of life. My goal is to ensure folks have restful sleep, incorporate the things that bring them joy,, move their body, and manage  stress.
